Carl’s Calm Canines New Board and Train Facility

There are plenty of ways to say “I Ruv You” to your favorite furry buddy (table scraps, ear rubs, a windy car ride).  But kennel living while you’re sunning yourself poolside isn’t typically one of them. 

Lucky for you we’ve got your dog’s holiday plans on tap for December: Carl’s Calm Canines Board and Train in River Vale. 

You may have heard of Bergen’s “dog whisperer”, Carl Zive, before.  You know; the self professed dog-lover who studied under the tutelage of Cesar Milan’s protégé to become an expert in Milan’s methods.  Rambunctious Ridgebacks, Aggressive Akitas, Submissive Salukis and others have been quelled of undesirable behaviors using behaviorist Zive’s insight into pooch psyche. 

And now, for those breeds with a little more need, (or just in need of a break from mom and dad), Zive is offering longer term solutions in his new Board and Train program.   Housed in it’s own building within The Pet Lodge in River Vale, the training facility is where upper crust canines go for extended (full day, 7 day, two week) stays.   Daily routines consist of muscle building hour long pack walks, one-on-one training for specific issues, and treadmill runs, and finish off with doggie down time (residents lounging on day beds in the Great Room), leaving your pooch relaxed and more manageable. 

Now that’s not such a ruff life after all.
